The Challenge

Despite being an established international company, Qivaro faces a significant challenge: ⚠️ a low conversion rate on its e-commerce platform. This issue limits online sales, affects customer engagement, and could slow growth and reduce direct consumer interactions.

🔸 The aim of this redesign was to

  • Create a visual trustworthy web design to reflect the brand’s integrity

  • Evaluate e-commerce platforms and advise the client on the best fit for their needs

  • Tailor design to the chosen platform’s constraints, ensuring a scalable digital presence
